Seriously, it seems that any and EVERY time I draw something in MS Paint and upload it online, I get over ten different people asking me if they can use it as a base or recolor it even though the phrase "you may use this as a base" is NOWHERE to be found in the description. I annoys the pissing fuck out of me, it's worse than having someone recolor an actual base you spent precious time editing and resubmitting it as if they edited it themselves (which I've had happen on FIVE different occassions).
